Inspired on providing know-how and accessible tools to improve business and operational performance accessible for small-medium business enterprises

Excellence Belt LLC was founded at the end of 2020 inspired by many needs arising from Industries and People to survive in critical environments like the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, there are ongoing important business challenges for operations with maximum safety and environmental controls, that demand for maximum efficiency and competitiveness.

Small and Medium size companies -generally lacking of sufficient resources to assess for continuous improvement- are our main motivation.

Our Story

Our team initiated from a small group of job fellows that, have interacted through the years, while creating valued solutions to contribute for stoping failures, improving equipment and operations performance and optimizing business profitability, among relevant.

We felt that we have accumulated such important know-how and experience that we could continue to provide backup to younger generations or companies, especially to those that do not have internal capabilities for continuous improvement and/or are lacking of sufficient capital to afford for such type of technologies and specialized assistance.

We are developing different ROUTes to EXCellence to help our clients for achieving improved and sustainable performance and become Excellence BELT in their class.
